PVC wood door board extrusion line is mainly used to produce  PVC wood door boards. The line can adopt different twin screw extruders according to different profiles, sections and moulds, and also equip with vacuum forming table, haul-off machine, cutter, stacker or other auxiliary machines

IV. Applications
 
PVC/WPC door board extrusion lineis mainly used in PVC door & window profile material,wide door plate,window plate,extrusion of multi-holes pipe for passing through lines(four holes,six holes,seven holes nine holes,etc). For different sectional surface and molds,twin parallel(conical) screws extruder of different specifications can be chose together with corresponding vacuum calibrating table,haul-off unit,cutting unit,titer,etc.
PVC/WPC door board extrusion line's Capacity of main frame can ba optionally chosen from 60-700kgs/hour. 2.During order: company designs groundsill installation chart for water, electricity and gas of equipment basing on real condition and customers' requirements and provides detail order list and matching manufacturer for reference for customer.

 

After equipment arrival, our service personnel will arrive at posted locale for installation, debugging, training and technology transfer till customers can operate independently and manufactures eligible product. Service personnel have to arrive at customer's locale in time when we provide service for client again.

 

3. After order: we will offer 12months after sales service freely, but our service will be life-long. if some parts are broken, we will send them by express, air or ship as soon as we can.
